Returns & Exchanges

At Fire Mountain, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture; if you are not, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Fire Mountain account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive an authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Securely place the item in its original box with all protective padding and include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
